My typical breakfast (look for the numbers in dishes), the name of meal is in "español"
1.- Tortilla (from corn) tostat, not soft as usully for other people.
2.- Melon (very fresh), I got them the day before.
3.- Cafe mexicano (mexican coffee) very hot with sugar and "canela" (cinnamon)
4.- Huevos con chorizo (egs and pork very spicy and very hot)
5.- Chiles en vinagre (chilli and vinegar, very very hot)
6.- Frijoles (beans, with anion and garlic)

awwwww im soooo lovin your breakfast. chorizoooo is soooo yummmmmmmmmy and i love the slices of melon. great breakfast.
Love the look of that breakfast, as well as your photo.
Poly, I could not eat all of this without a lot of water...but I would try!
Looks good. Love the sound of that coffee!
I like the "breakfast by numbers" approach. Chorizo is so awesome! The chorizo sold in the Netherlands is more "spanish" than "mexican" ... generally not as spicy.
I really really like the way you explained each thing with the numbers. And everything was "hot" or hotter. I couldn't do that though my mother moved to Texas and starting eating hot food and loved it.

a bit too hot for me!
Y que paso con los tamales? Aqui los comemos al desayuno, y ustedes?
le melon (où la pasteque) au petit dejeuner c'est delicieux (mais le Chili ;o) )
the melon (where the water melon) with the breakfast they is delicious (but Chile ;O))
Too spicy for so early in the morning, though it does look tasty. I'm in love with the idea of cinnamon in your coffee; that sounds delicious.
El desayuno es muy delicioso. ¡Me gusto!
I should try your style of breakfast for a change sometimes. Nice shot!
hummm i love your breakfast specially the coffee with cinnamon.
Yum! Looks like cantaloupe. I have that a lot for breakfast, too. I like the red and white checked tablecloth.
This looks amazing, I wish I was eating this!

Though I normally don't like hot things -- your breakfast looking intriguing and delicious!
Poly, This looks SO good! We always have chilies or hot sauce at breakfast in our house. There is a cafe here in Seattle that serves regional cooking of Mexico, and the chef is from Mexico City and specializes in great breakfasts. They don't do Mexican coffee, though, but Mexican chocolate, yes! Que bonita su photogafia!

Yum! This looks and sounds like the best breakfast of all the postings today!
As a fond user of Cholula hot sauce... and cinnamon in my coffee (sprinkling on top of the grounds in the brew basket)... I'm wishing I was at this table! Thanks for the layout and explanation by numeros too! Very appealing photo & layout. ~Pittsfield, MA, USA
